I began seeing Wilhelmina when she completed her education. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and understanding of the interconnectedness of muscle and tissue. I have played softball my entire life & was suffering with sharp pains throughout my arm and shoulders. I was afraid that I'd have to give up the sport that I loved so much, or it was an injury that was beyond massage. The first treatment that I had with Wilhelmina blew my mind. For the first time in a year, I was able to throw a ball without pain. As I continued to see her, we were able to work through some issues that showed me how responsive my body could be.
