Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellation outside 24 hours is available online for your convenience.

 Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice but prior to the start of the session incur a $50 late-cancellation fee. 

No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee.

Please Note **Repeated late cancellations may incur the full fee.**
